Today we will tell you about some delicious Tiranga recipes, which you can easily try at home.
Ingredients required: For the white layer- 3 white bread slices and 50 grams of yellow butter. For the green layer- 25 grams of mint chutney and 30 grams of paneer (cottage cheese). For orange layer- 50 grams grated orange carrot and 30 grams mayonnaise.
Method- First apply butter on the slices of bread and once done keep them aside. Now start with the green layer. For this, you have to put mint chutney, salt and paneer in a separate bowl and keep it aside. For orange layer, take finely grated carrot, mayonnaise and salt in a bowl. Mix and keep aside. Place a buttered bread slice on a clean surface and spread the green mixture evenly over it. Place another bread slice on top of it, with the buttered side facing down. After this, spread the orange mixture evenly and cover it with a lid. Bread slice with butter. Cut each sandwich in half and serve with tomato ketchup.
Ingredients- 300 grams cooked rice, 20 grams onion, 50 grams tomato puree, ½ tsp red chili powder, ¼ 1 tsp garam masala, 1.5 tsp mustard seeds, 3 tsp ghee, 50 grams boiled spinach, 2 green chilies, 20 grams cashew paste and salt as per taste.
Method: Orange Rice- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a large pan and add ½ Add 1 tsp mustard. When the seeds start spluttering, add chopped onions and fry for a minute. Now add tomato puree and stir for some time. Add salt, red chili powder and garam masala as per taste. Cook till the ghee separates and starts floating on the surface. Now add 100 grams of cooked rice and mix it with the spices. White Rice – Heat 1 tsp ghee and ½ Add 1 tsp mustard. Let them explode for a few seconds. Now add salt as per taste and 100 grams of cooked rice and mix it well. Grind green rice, green chillies, boiled spinach and cashews in a mixer grinder (with little water) till it becomes a thick paste. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add ½ Add 1 tsp mustard. Cook till they splutter and now add green paste to it. Mix well. Fry till the raw smell goes away. Add 100 grams of cooked rice and add salt to taste.
Tri Color Fruit Trifle
Ingredients- 1 kiwi, 1 orange, 100 grams whipping cream, 100 grams fresh cream, 100 grams white chocolate and 1 tablespoon almond flakes.
Method- Put cream in a pan and keep it on low flame and keep stirring continuously. Add white chocolate and stir well till melted. Keep it aside and let it come to room temperature. Take whipping cream in a bowl and mix it with the mixture of chocolate and cream. Make sure it is a mousse-like consistency. Glass, add kiwi slices and layer it with a dollop of mousse. Flatten it well. Now put chopped orange on top and decorate with almond pieces. Your Tricolor Truffle is ready to be served.
