World Cup 2023: India is hosting the ODI World Cup 2023. Earlier in 2011, the ODI World Cup was played in India. That year, the Indian team won the ODI World Cup title for the second time. Now with the World Cup being held in India once again, the expectations of the fans have become even higher. Team India is fully prepared for this World Cup. The Indian team has appeared in excellent rhythm while batting first in the last five ODIs. In this, the team has crossed the mark of 400 runs once and 350 runs thrice. 

Team India is all set for the Mission World Cup

In the last five ODIs, the Indian team has appeared in aggressive form while batting first. Batting first in the last match of the series against Bangladesh on 10 December 2022, the team scored 409 runs on the board at the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs. In this match, Team India registered a big win by 227 runs. 

After this the Indian team played its first ODI in 2023 in Guwahati. While batting first in this match, Team India put 373 runs on the board at the loss of 7 wickets in 50 overs. In this match, the Indian team scored an innings of 67 runs. 

Now in the three ODI series being played against New Zealand, the Indian team has batted first in two matches. In this, the team scored 349 runs at the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs in the first match and 385 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs in the third match.
