Shane Bond On Joss Bulttler And Suryakuamr Yadav: Former New Zealand fast bowler Shane Bond believes that cricket has changed a lot since his retirement as a player and entry into the coaching field. He also said that India’s Suryakumar Yadav and England’s Jos Buttler are capable of scoring everywhere in the stadium and playing their different shots through their 360-degree style.

Former New Zealand fast bowler said, "I think it has changed in all formats. I believe cricket has changed completely. We have seen it, and it has now flowed into Test cricket, T20 cricket, with the style and tempo of the game. 360 degree players like Suryakumar Yadav, Jos Buttler are not afraid to score everywhere and play shots."

He was quoted as saying, "That’s why I love doing this, because I love watching the best players in the world do it and I’m still at work. But it’s a lot of fun."

Mi Emirates head coach in the ongoing ILT20, Bond further shared his thoughts on how he is handling the players in a high-pressure environment. "I guess we do what we want to do because we enjoy it. We are in a high pressure game in a stressful environment. Everyone is writing their own little journey of success and failure and within your team, even your team can be successful."
