- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup grated bottle gourd
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 red chili
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tsp salt

How to make bottle gourd idli
- Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies, then add semolina and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Now take these things out in a plate and keep them to cool down.
- After this add water and curd to the roasted semolina. Mix it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- Now add grated gourd and chopped coriander to the semolina, add salt and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the idli molds and steam for 15 minutes.
