Jaipur police took the dead body on an e-rickshaw to the mortuary, the commissioner said on the allegation of insult – send video

Jaipur News: Jaipur police has been accused of insulting the dead body. The police took the dead body to the morgue by loading it on an e-rickshaw. The video of the insult done to the dead body is going viral on social media. The shameful act of the police can be seen in the 35-second clip. The leg and part of the head of the deceased are hanging on both sides of the e-rickshaw. The Chetak vehicle of the police is seen moving ahead of the e-rickshaw. According to media reports, the matter is being reported near the Women’s Hospital. On getting the information, the police started taking the dead body from Lalkothi police station on an e-rickshaw to SMS mortuary in the morning. During this, a passer by made a video from mobile and made it viral on social media. 

Police accused of desecration of the dead body

There was less crowd on the road while carrying the dead body by e-rickshaw. The policemen who came in the Chetak vehicle of Lalkothi police station tied the head of the deceased on the e-rickshaw with a plastic bag and put it on the footboard of the e-rickshaw. During this, the legs and head of the dead body were hanging out from the e-rickshaw. The police covered a total distance of 3 to 4 km.

The commissioner said- send the video first

Wanted to know the side of Police Commissioner Anand Srivastava on the insult of the dead body. He said that something can be said after watching the video. However, he admitted that if it is so then it is wrong. It is being told that  Chetak driver Kartar Singh of Lalkothi police station had received information about a dead body lying in an underground parking lot outside the Women’s Hospital. The dead body was seen by the children while playing around 9:45 am on Sunday morning.
