this is the difference between day and anniversary
First of all, they know that on what occasion the Republic Day is celebrated. In fact, when the country became independent in 1947, then the constitution was created to run the governance of our country, how should the governance system be after that. India’s own constitution came into force on 26 January 1950. That is, on January 26, 1950, through this constitution in India, the rule of the Indian people started on the country. Thus the first Republic Day was celebrated on 26 January 1950.
1951 marks the first anniversary of the Mani Republic
After this, the second Republic Day celebration was celebrated on 26 January 1951. In this way, the Republic of India became one year old and the first anniversary of the Republic was celebrated. Just like the first birthday of a child is celebrated when it is one year old after its birth. In this way, when we talk about Republic Day celebrations, it will be called 74th and when we talk about anniversary or anniversary, it will be 73rd.
