Big news for heart patients, AIIMS will deliver free home after treatment

AIIMS News Delhi: There is great news for the people living in the border area of ​​the country’s capital Delhi. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has decided to take the heart patients who have recovered after treatment, to their homes free of cost. Right now only heart patients will get this service from AIIMS. 

Actually, Cardio Neurosciences Center of AIIMS has started the service of free delivery of patients to their homes after being discharged from the hospital. Currently, only patients who are discharged from the Cardio Neurosciences Center (CNC) ward will be able to avail this service. This facility is not available for private ward patients and day-care patients.

Outside patients will not be able to avail this facility 
All India Institute of Medical Sciences According to the decision, only patients living within the limits of Delhi will be taken to their homes. If the patient’s house is in Delhi then he will get this facility. Patients from outside Delhi will not get this facility. Patients of Delhi NCR will also not get the facility of free home delivery. This free home delivery service will be available on first come first serve basis from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Let us tell you that this service is different from the ambulance service. That is, it is not an ambulance service. Also patients who need to be transported in recumbent position will not be able to avail this service. 

One attendant is allowed in the vehicle 
A attendant will be allowed to accompany the patient in the vehicle of AIIMS. At the time of booking, the patient will be delivered to the place where he has informed. The patient cannot change the place later. If there is any complaint while availing this service, the phone number can be reported on 011-26593322.
